Log in to My Account (NEOS)

All Red Deer Polytechnic students, faculty, and staff automatically have a Library membership and account.

Red Deer Polytechnic Library is member of NEOS Libraries (a consortium of libraries in Alberta), so your RDP Library account is sometimes referred to as a NEOS account.

To renew items and view checkouts, holds, and fines, log in to My Library Account with your iCard barcode and NEOS pin.

Use Your Library Account

Your Library membership / account allows you to access Library materials from RDP Library, other NEOS libraries, or through Interlibrary Loan. Your RDP iCard is your Library card; use your iCard at the Library Desk to check out physical library materials. Learn more about getting materials from other libraries.

 Log in to your Library Account (with your iCard barcode and NEOS PIN) to:

• renew or view items you have checked out
• view or cancel items you have on hold
• place items on hold (both catalogue items and database articles)
• view your Library fines

Your iCard barcode and NEOS PIN are also used when you place an interlibrary loan request.

NOTE: Your iCard barcode and NEOS PIN are no longer used to access RDP e-resources off-campus. Use your RDP email and password. Learn more.
