RDP Library can get items from other libraries for you, for free!

Place Hold

For items owned by a NEOS Library, the quickest way to get them is by placing a hold within the Library Catalogue, using your iCard barcode and NEOS PIN.

It could take up to 10 days for your item to arrive. Delivery dates are out of our control.

You'll receive an email (to your RDP email address) when your hold is ready for pick-up at the Red Deer Polytechnic Library Desk.

Interlibrary Loan

Place an Interlibrary Loan Request if you're not sure which library owns the item, or if you know the item is owned by a Library that is not part of NEOS.  

Please note that we may be unable to fulfill some ILL requests. If we are able to fulfill your ILL request, it could take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. Delivery dates are out of our control.
