How do I submit a ticket to IT Services?

Need IT support? Visit the IT Services Support portal to:

  • Search the Knowledge Base
  • Submit a ticket to IT Services

Accessing the IT Services Support Portal


RDP Students can access the IT Services Student Support portal through the direct link below. This link is also available under the IT Services card in your MyRDP account.

If this card does not appear on your MyRDP homepage, click on the Discover More button at the bottom of the page and type "IT" into the search tool.

Student IT Portal 


RDP Faculty and Staff can access the IT Services Staff Support Portal through the direct link below. This link is also available under Departments & Services > IT Services in RDP Connect.

TIP: If prompted to log in, use your RDP email address and password.

 


Submit a Ticket

  1. From the list of options, select the category that is most appropriate to your issue.
    For Students: If your issue is not listed, select General IT Support.
     
  2. Provide as much detail as possible about your issue, including any error messages that appeared.
     
  3. If you have a screenshot of the issue, you can include this using the Attach button in the toolbar.

  4. Click the Submit button.
TIP: Check your RDP email for communication regarding your ticket.
