How do I submit a ticket to IT Services?
Answer
Visit IT Services Support portal to search their Knowledge Base. If you can't find the information you need, you can submit a ticket to IT Services:
- Access the IT Services Support portal by clicking the link above, or by selecting the IT Support tab in the Loop.
- Log in with your RDP username and password.
- Click Submit a Ticket
- From the list of options, select the category that is most appropriate to your issue, or select General IT Support if none of the options apply to the issue.
- Provide as much detail as possible regarding your issue, including any error messages that appeared.
- If you have a screenshot of the issue, you can include this using the Attach button in the toolbar.
- Click the Submit button.
All communication regarding your ticket will occur through your RDP email.
