How do I submit a ticket to IT Services?

Answer

Visit IT Services Support portal to search their Knowledge Base. If you can't find the information you need, you can submit a ticket to IT Services:

  1. Access the IT Services Support portal by clicking the link above, or by selecting the IT Support tab in the Loop.
     
  2. Log in with your RDP username and password.

  3. Click Submit a Ticket

  4. From the list of options, select the category that is most appropriate to your issue, or select General IT Support if none of the options apply to the issue.
     
  5. Provide as much detail as possible regarding your issue, including any error messages that appeared.
     
  6. If you have a screenshot of the issue, you can include this using the Attach button in the toolbar.

  7. Click the Submit button.

All communication regarding your ticket will occur through your RDP email.
