Why is my RDP network account locked, and how can I unlock it?

There are numerous factors that may contribute to a network account becoming locked or disabled.
In most cases, an account is locked when a password has been entered incorrectly too many times. When this happens, you will need to wait 15 minutes for your account to unlock before you can try again.
If you have forgotten your login, you can reset your password.
If your account does not unlock after 15 minutes, you must contact IT Services to have your account unlocked. Visit the IT Services' portal and search for 'account locked'. If you don't find the information you need, log in with your RDP email address and password to submit a support ticket.
