How do I renew library materials?
Answer
Library materials from our main collection and those ordered through interlibrary loan (ILL) can be renewed online, in-person at the Library, or by contacting Library staff through chat, email, or phone (see below for exceptions).
Renew Online
You can renew library materials through your NEOS Library Account using your iCard barcode and NEOS PIN.
Renew at the Library
We can renew library materials for you at the Library Desk during Library hours; bring your iCard or other picture ID.
Renew by Chat, Email, or Phone
We can renew library materials for you. Contact us via chat, email, or phone for assistance during Library hours. You will be asked to provide identifying information (e.g. student ID number, mailing address).
Not all library materials can be renewed. You will not be able to renew something if:
- a hold has been placed on it by another Library user
- it has been recalled
- you have reached the maximum allowed renewals
- it is part of our Reserve Collection
