When do I use my RDP username to log in, and when do I use my RDP email?
Answer
Several services at Red Deer Polytechnic require you to login in order to authenticate your identity.
RDP Username and Email
Some services require you to log in using your RDP username, while others use your RDP email. In either case, your password is the same.
In addition, some services require you to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging in off-campus.

Some third-party services affiliated with RDP require different login credentials, such as your Library (NEOS) account and the Parking ePermit system.
