How do I log into Blackboard?
Answer
Students taking credit classes at Red Deer Polytechnic (i.e. all students EXCEPT those in the Division of Continuing Education and Corporate Training) will automatically have access to Blackboard from the first day of classes.
Log in through MyRDP
A link to Blackboard can be found under the Academic Quick Links card in MyRDP.
For Apprenticeship students, this link can be found under the Apprentice Quick Links card.
Log in via direct link (all RDP students except Continuing Education)
If MyRDP is unavailable, you can log in to Blackboard at https://rdpolytech.blackboard.com/
Click "Sign in with RDP credentials" and use your RDP email address and password.
Continuing Education students
Some classes offered by Continuing Education and Corporate Training use Blackboard. If your class requires Blackboard, log in here using your username and password.

To log out of Blackboard, use the logout button in the bottom of the left-hand navigation:
