How do I update my personal or contact information which RDP has on file?

Updating Personal Information or Contact Information
To update your preferred first name, personal pronouns, personal email address, phone number, primary address, or emergency contact number:
- Students: Links to update your information can be found under the My Personal Information card in your MyRDP account.
If this card does not appear on your MyRDP homepage, click on the Discover More button at the bottom of the page and type "personal" into the search tool.

Staff: Log in to RDP Connect and select Online Services > Personal Information
To update your legal name or gender:

Students should complete the Personal Data Update (Office of the Registrar) form. To access this form, log in to your MyRDP account and click on the menu icon in top-left corner (three horizontal lines) and select Resources > RDP Forms Index.
Submit the completed form to the Office of the Registrar: admissions@rdpolytech.ca | Room 1100. -
Employees should complete the Personal Data Update (People and Culture) form. To access this form, visit RDP Connect and select Forms Index (under the Quick Links section).
Submit the completed form to People and Culture: peopleandculture@rdpolytech.ca | Room 2204.
Updating Phone Number for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
If you get a new cell phone or a new phone number, MFA will no longer work (even if you re-download the app). In this case, complete the MyRDP Password and Access Issues form. You will receive a response within 2 business days.
