How do I update my personal or contact information which RDP has on file?

If you need to update your phone number for use with RDP's mutli-factor authentication (MFA) process, submit a support ticket to IT Services.
If you need to update your name, gender, emergency contact information, or mailing address, complete the appropriate Personal Data Update form as listed below:
- Students should complete the Personal Data Update (Office of the Registrar) form (go to The Loop > Quick Access > Forms Index) and submit it to the Office of the Registrar: admissions@rdpolytech.ca | Room 1100.
- Employees can change some personal information through the Loop by going to Online Services > Employee > Employee Dashboard or complete the Personal Data Update (People & Culture) form (go to The Loop > Quick Access > Forms Index) and submit it to People & Culture: peopleandculture@rdpolytech.ca | Room 2204.
