How do I use Google Scholar?

Answer

Google Scholar is a part of the Google search engine that indexes scholarly sources, including many peer-reviewed online journals.

When searching Google Scholar on-campus, articles available through RDP Library will show a "Request this item @ RDP" link. Using that link will ensure that any articles licensed by RDP Library are provided to you for free.

When searching Google Scholar off-campus, set this functionality by going to Scholar's Settings --> Library Links and searching for Red Deer Polytechnic. Setting up that functionality will ensure that any articles licensed by RDP Library are provided to you for free.
