As an instructor, can I upload articles from non-RDP databases to an RDP course?

Answer

This information is for faculty at RDP.

No.

Due to licensing provisions, you may only use resources from Red Deer Polytechnic within an RDP course, even when the instructor has an affiliation with another post-secondary institution.

An alternative would be to obtain the article through Interlibrary loan and upload that copy into Blackboard. This is a legal way to obtain the materials.
