Access Blackboard Directly

If MyRDP isn't available, you can use this link to log in to Blackboard directly.

When accessing your Blackboard through the direct link, you will still log in using your RDP email address and password.

Access Email Through Office.com

1. Visit the Office 365 login page and select Sign in.
2. Enter your RDP email address and password.
3. Select Outlook from the list of apps (located along the left-hand side).

Note: If you are off-campus, you will be asked to authenticate via multi-factor authentication.

If you choose, you may wish to install the desktop version or download the Microsoft Office app to have easy access to your RDP email on your phone and computer. 

If you have further questions, visit IT Services' portal and search for 'Blackboard' or 'email'. If you don't find the information you need, log in with your email address and password to submit a support ticket.
