If the country in which you attended high school (secondary school) is not listed, then yes, you must provide an Educational Assessment from the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
There is a fee for this assessment, which is your responsibility. Also, be aware that the assessment can take several months to complete, so start the process as early as possible.
