How do I access Counselling Services?


Red Deer Polytechnic Counselling Services offers services and supports that are inclusive, confidential, and available to all RDP students free of charge.

Students can get help with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Indigenous student wellness
  • LGBTQ+ student wellness
  • Loneliness
  • Substance use and addiction
  • And more

Appointments are offered in-person or via audio or video conferencing. They are located in room 1402 and are open 12 months of the year (closed weekends and all statutory holidays).
