Members of the NEOS Library Consortium voted to dissolve the partnership effective March 31, 2026.

For 3 decades, RDP Library collaborated with NEOS to participate in a shared catalogue and to work together on document delivery, learning initiatives, and other library activities. Due to the evolving needs of NEOS Member Libraries, it became apparent that the consortium was no longer serving its intended purpose. The process of dissolving NEOS began in 2023 and concluded in 2026.  

Members of former NEOS Libraries are still welcome to visit RDP Library and can apply for a Community Membership.
