How do I book a tour of the Makerspace?

Group and class visits of the Makerspace can be requested from the Book a Group/Class Visit page on the Makerspace guide.
Group visits include a general overview of the space and equipment. Groups can also indicate a specific topic or area of the Makerspace to be the focus of the tour.
- Tours of the Makerspace are typically available during Makerspace hours of operation. Requested tours outside of these hours are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Tours can last from 30 - 90 minutes.
- The maximum occupancy of the Makerspace is 30 people.
Please note that the Makerspace may be during group visits and that there may be other people using the space.
Group Booking Costs
Group bookings are free for RDP students, faculty, and staff. There is a fee of $30.00/hour (or portion thereof) for community groups and K-12 schools.
Please Note: There may be additional costs for some activities.
