Access our Online Collection

Our online resources are available 24/7. Find these resources through our subject guides.

You'll need your iCard barcode and NEOS PIN to access online resources from home. Contact us if you need to know your barcode or PIN.

Access our Physical Collection

Access our collection during our Winter Term hours.

Reserve Collection

Access the Reserve collection during our Winter Term hours.

Access Laptops and Other Equipment

Access laptops and other equipment during our Winter Term hours.

Access NEOS Collections

Place holds on NEOS library materials through the library catalogue. Select RDC Library as your pick-up location.

You'll receive an email to your RDP email when your item is ready for pickup. Pickup can occur anytime during our Winter Term hours.

If you're not located in Red Deer and want to pick-up your item(s) at another NEOS Library, contact us and we'll try to facilitate this.

Note that some materials may be unavailable, due to COVID-19 restrictions in other libraries.

Access Other Library Collections

Interlibrary Loan is available for electronic items, through desktop delivery.

Students, faculty, and staff may request Interlibrary Loan for physical items; however, delivery may be delayed or unavailable, as some libraries may be closed or have reduced capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Returning Library Materials

When you're ready to bring your library materials back, you can return them in the Library or through our book dropPlease do not return laptops through the book drop

If you can't come to campus, contact us and we'll figure out the best way for you to return your materials, depending on your location and circumstances.
