I can't get an appointment with the Writing Skills Tutor. How else can I get writing help?

Email Tutoring

In addition to our in-person and online appointments, we also offer writing help via email which might work better with your schedule. Check the Writing Skills Tutoring website for instructions on how to submit your work.

Note: you are responsible for allowing enough time before your due date for tutors to read and comment on your submission. Turnaround times will vary according to tutor availability and demand.

Arrange a Special Time

If none of our available appointment times work for you, alternate arrangements may be possible. Email the Academic Writing Tutor at jennifer.stange@rdpolytech.ca to discuss other options.

Tutoring specifically for Academic Upgrading classes (e.g., ENGL 075, 090 and 095) is available through that department. Call 403.342.3334 for further information.

The RDP Students' Association also offers a Peer Tutoring program in partnership with Nimbus Learning.
