Learning strategies are techniques to help you understand, remember, and apply the knowledge you are learning.

Individual appointments are available on a wide variety of topics, including:

• Study skills (effective ways to study and improve concentration)
• Time management (create and follow a schedule, plan for studying and assignments)
• Online learning strategies (create structure to manage the workload and stay on track)
• Note-taking and reading skills (take useful notes and read textbooks effectively)
• Goal setting (make a plan and stay on track)
• Communicating with instructors (learn professional communication and self-advocacy)
• Exam preparation (learn how to plan and prepare for your exams and reduce anxiety)
